02Is Tuitnova a school, lender or scholarship provider?
No. We do not award or offer grants, scholarships or loans, we do not take applications, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
03Can you tell me whether I qualify for a grant?
No. Eligibility is decided by each program. We explain the vocabulary and the process so you can ask better questions of the program or your school.
04Will you match me with schools or lenders?
No. We do not recommend, rank or match you with schools, lenders or programs.
05Do you share my details with schools or lenders?
No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with schools, lenders, scholarship providers or other partners. Our Privacy Policy describes the limited cases where service providers handle data for us.
06What do I get when I sign up?
Plain-language emails about the topics you choose. If you opt in to texts, you also get short texts pointing to the same guides.
07Do I have to agree to texts?
No. Texts are optional, with two separate unchecked boxes. You can sign up without ticking either one.
08How often will you text me?
Message frequency varies, up to about 8 a month. Msg & data rates may apply.
09How do I stop texts?
Reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
10How do I stop emails or delete my information?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to [email protected].
11Is this where I fill out a financial aid form?
No. Official forms are on the official program sites, such as studentaid.gov for federal aid, and are free. Never pay someone for access to them.
